Devices are thoroughly inspected and receive a grade based on cosmetic condition and functionality.

All devices have the OEM locks disabled and have been data cleared.
Grade A+ devices will be fully functional with very minor cosmetic blemishes.
Grade A- devices will have few cosmetic blemishes and may have failed one or more functional tests.
B+ devices are fully functional and can have light cosmetic blemishes.
Grade B- devices can have light cosmetic blemishes, and may have failed one or more functional tests.
Grade C+ devices are fully functional and can show heavier signs of use, with no screen cracks.
Grade C- devices can show heavier signs of use, with no screen cracks, and may have failed one or more functional tests.
Grade D devices can show heavy wear and tear on all surfaces, including cracks, and may have failed one or more functional tests.
